By taxi:
The distance from the Charles de Gaule (CDG) airport to the Marriott Rive Gauche is 28 km. A flat rate between 50-55 EUR (one-way) should be charged.

The distance from the Orly airport to the Marriott Rive Gauche is 12 km.
A flat rate between 30-35 EUR (one-way) should be charged.

By train:

• If you are coming in by train from CDG airport, you should take the RER B to Denfert Rochereau station. This station is 0.5 km W from the hotel.
  Or, at the Denfert Rochereau station, you can switch to the Metro Line 6 (in the direction towards Nation), getting off at Glacière. This station places you 0.15 km E from the hotel.
• If you are coming in by train from Orly airport, you should take the RER D to Châtelet Les Halles station.
  Here you should switch to the Metro Line 4 (in the directly towards Mairie de Montrouge), getting off at Denfert Rochereau station. This station is 0.5 km W from the hotel.
  Or, at the Denfert Rochereau station, you can switch to the Metro Line 6 (in the direction towards Nation), getting off at Glacière. This station places you 0.15 km E from the hotel.
  Alternatively, the OrlyBus will take you from the Orly airport directly to the Denfert Rochereau station.

Scientific Program

A special “Hematololgy Hot News” session will take place on Thursday, September 27th from 14:00-15:30, followed by our first Plenary Session and the Meeting Opening Session.

The IACH Welcome Reception will take place Thursday evening, starting at 19:00.

We welcome you to join us for this 1st day before continuing with us over the next 2 main days of the program, Friday, September 28th and Saturday, September 29th.

Registration and Hospitality Desk
The Registration Desk will operate during the following hours:

Saturday, September 29th	08:00-18:15

Please register upon arrival in order to receive your Meeting Kit containing the IACH Program Book and personal name badge.
Please remember to wear your name badge to all Meeting activities and social events.

CME Accreditation
The program of this meeting has been accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH) with 18 CME Credit Points.
Please be sure that you have an account at the EBAH online system.

Once on-site, please provide the IACH Registration Desk with your completed CME form so that we can notify the EBAH that your CME credit points should be added to your personal account.

Certificate of Attendance
All registered participants will receive a username and password just following the completion of the 1st IACH Meeting. Participants will be asked to log-in with their username and password on a special link via the Meeting website. Once logged in, your certificate of attendance will be available for download.

Complementary IACH Membership
All delegates of the 1st Annual Meeting of the IACH will receive complementary membership to the IACH Society through the end of 2019. You can view all IACH Membership benefits here.

Lunch and Coffee will be served at the Exhibition Area for all Meeting participants according to the official Meeting breaks as listed in the Timetable.

English is the official language of the Meeting.

Invited Speakers Presentations
Speakers are requested to visit the speakers’ Preview Room no later than 1 hour prior to the session in which they are scheduled to speak in order to upload their slides.

Posters will be available for viewing on-site over the 2 main days of the Meeting (Friday, September 28th and Saturday, September 29th).

Some participants may require a visa in order to enter France. Please check with your local Consulate or Embassy.
Please remember that obtaining an entry visa is your own responsibility.

Climate
If you don’t mind bringing a light coat, you will enjoy visiting Paris in September.
Daily highs are usually around 19°C to 14°C. Evening lows average between 10°C to 6°C.
This year’s temperatures may prove to be a bit warmer than usual.

Safety and Security
Please do not leave any bags or personal belongings unattended at any time, inside or outside the session halls.

Liability and Insurance
The Meeting Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 1st Annual Meeting of the International Academy for Clinical Hematology (IACH). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
